The community will offer three thoughtfully designed floor plans to suit a wide range of lifestyles and preferences: a Ranch style for easy single-level living, a traditional Colonial, and a modern Contemporary Chalet. Each plan delivers its own blend of character, function, and comfort, giving buyers the flexibility to choose the home that best matches their needs and aesthetic.


Yes. Buyers have the opportunity to personalize their home through a curated selection process. This includes choosing finishes such as flooring, paint colors, cabinetry, fixtures, and other interior details to match their style and preferences. While these design selections allow for meaningful customization, structural changes are not permitted. All homes will be built according to the community’s approved plans and specifications.


Homes at Sunset Heights Estates are expected to be completed approximately 12 months from the official construction start date. This timeline may vary slightly based on design selections, site conditions, and weather, but buyers can generally anticipate a one-year build from the moment construction begins.


Absolutely—buyers are welcome to visit their homesite throughout the building process. You’ll have scheduled opportunities to see progress during selections, walkthroughs, and milestone meetings. For safety reasons, all site visits are guided, and a builder or designated team representative will accompany you to ensure a safe and informative experience.


Our preferred lenders are committed to helping you navigate your mortgage needs and identifying the best financial products for your situation. Buyers can choose from a wide range of options, including traditional fixed-rate mortgages, adjustable-rate mortgages (ARMs), jumbo loans, and other specialized financing programs tailored to the community.

If you prefer to purchase with cash, we can accommodate that seamlessly as well. Our team will support you through every step to ensure a smooth, efficient transaction—no matter which payment method you choose.


Properties within Sunset Heights Estates include access to one public road and one private road. The private road will require a road maintenance/HOA agreement, which is currently being finalized. Further details will be provided once the agreement is complete.
